Diagnostic Clarification Assessments

These assessments are appropriate for individuals experiencing persistent anxiety, mood instability, trauma-related symptoms, attention or executive functioning concerns, or general diagnostic uncertainty.

The purpose of this evaluation is to clarify clinical presentation, identify underlying contributing factors, and provide thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations for treatment planning and next steps.

6

Emotional & Behavioral Assessments

Designed for adolescents and adults experiencing emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, or functional impairment in work, school, or relationships.

These evaluations help identify patterns, contributing stressors, and psychological factors impacting functioning. Clients receive a structured clinical summary outlining findings and practical, evidence-informed recommendations for support and intervention.

7

Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluations

For individuals pursuing medical or elective surgical procedures that require psychological clearance, when appropriate.

These evaluations assess emotional readiness, psychological stability, coping capacity, behavioral compliance history, and potential risk factors that may impact post-surgical outcomes.

Each evaluation includes a formal written report and coordination with the referring provider when necessary.

Specialized Women’s Therapy Groups

Restoration, Regulation, and Community

Our women-centered groups provide structured clinical support within a confidential, therapeutic community. Groups are designed for women who are functioning outwardly but carrying internal stress, trauma, or burnout.

Women’s Trauma Recovery Group

This structured therapeutic group supports women processing relational trauma, workplace trauma, race-based stress, and chronic stress exposure.

Focus areas include nervous system regulation, trauma-informed coping strategies, reclaiming voice and boundaries, and identity restoration.

This group integrates psychoeducation, somatic awareness, and guided therapeutic processing in a contained, supportive environment.

2

High-Achieving Women Burnout Group

Designed for high-performing women who excel professionally yet feel internally depleted.

This group is appropriate for women experiencing chronic over-functioning, financial anxiety, relational strain, perfectionism, or the emotional exhaustion that can accompany external success.

Focus areas include performance versus identity, nervous system stabilization, boundary restructuring, and sustainable success frameworks.

This group addresses burnout from both a psychological and systemic lens, moving beyond surface-level productivity advice toward deeper restoration and recalibration.
